For customers with security, compliance, or procurement requirements around AI providers, Enterprise BYOK lets you run SaaSMap's AI on your own OpenAI API key, with Anthropic (Claude) support coming soon. Inference happens through your own provider relationship — so customer data flows under your existing DPA, not ours.

Yes. You can change plans whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.
All major credit cards via our payment processor, plus ACH and invoicing for annual Business and Enterprise contracts.
No credit card is required to start a free trial — you can evaluate Pro and Business plans for 14 days before committing. Once a paid subscription is activated, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
New seats are prorated for the remainder of your current billing period, then billed in full going forward. You're only charged for seats you actually assign.
Pro and Business trials run for 14 days with full feature access — no credit card required to start. Enterprise customers can request a custom demo. You'll be reminded before the trial ends.
Your workspace automatically moves to the Free tier. Your data is preserved; you simply lose access to paid-tier limits and modules until you upgrade.
Existing data stays intact and viewable. You won't be able to create new items beyond Free limits until you upgrade or archive older projects.

No. We never use your project data to train models. With BYOK, inference runs entirely through your own provider relationship.

Yes. Excel import with AI-powered mapping is included on every tier, and our team assists with Smartsheet and Jira migrations for Business and Enterprise customers.
